PROFILE
Hamza Bouanssir started playing soccer at age five in his hometown, Casablanca, Morocco. He played organized club soccer until he moved to the United States at fourteen. In the US, he played in high school, college, and at the semi-professional indoor level in the PASL league.
In 2015, Hamza started his coaching career by coaching several youth teams in an indoor soccer league. He enjoyed working with young players. In 2020, he led the Houston Reign, a semi-professional women's team, to the Nationals 1/4 finals.
During his tenure at the club, Hamza Bouanssir demonstrated his versatility by taking on multiple roles across various programs. This diverse experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of the soccer landscape and equipped him with a wide range of skills, which enables him to provide a great environment for his players and teams.
Hamza continues to be a student of the game and is always looking for ways to develop and contribute more to his players.
