Volunteer Overview
New Facilities Work with community leaders and businesses to secure funds for new and existing projects
Major Gifts Work with community leaders and businesses to secure funds for new and existing projects
Sponsorship Identify & engage corporate sponsors, shirts, boards for fields, website, and newsletter
Fundraising Identify & engage sponsorship opportunities & events
Field & Facilities Coordinate field maintenance, determine field status, purchase equipment, & security
Website Oversee to ensure accurate, updated & professional content,
Promotions Design & produce promotional materials such as booklets, flyers, videos
Tournaments Manage all aspects of AHFC tournaments
Quarterly Newsletter Edit & distribute newsletter
Tryouts Distribute tryout information to local school & coordinate onsite volunteers efforts
Special Events Coordinate special events such as college games, AHFC day, parent socials, etc.
Publicity & Advertising Highlight team, individual, club accomplishments, advertise special events internally & externally
Photos Coordinate with Professional photographer for club
