Registration Process Instructions

During the registration process, please attach your child's scanned Birth Certicate in the appropriate location.  The STYSA Medical Release and STYSA Player Registration information will be captured during the registration process. Upon team acceptance, you will be prompted to print out the completed STYSA Medical Release and Player Registration forms. Once printed, please give these forms to your Team Manager.
