2009 AHFC College Night Hits New High!

The College Night Presentation attendance was bigger and better than ever with 260 players and parents in attendance." This was the first year it was presented over 2 days and grade specific. A big thank to our guest speakers, Lisa Lavelle and Charlie Kadupski from The Sports Source.

Here's what one of our players, Nadia Marie Butt, AHFC 94G Blue W, had to say about College Night.  "I think the best part about College Night was the speaker. She seemed very informed, and had a sense of humor. The slides presented were also a big help, instead of just her speaking. At College Night, I was presented a lot of information that I did not already know. Some of it being, on how to pick the "right" school by looking at location, major and division of play for soccer. The presentation helped me get a better understanding on how it is going to be during my junior year, as well as what I needed to do now, as a sophomore, to contact the college coaches. I believe I am better prepared to start looking for the college I plan to attend."

Thanks to all that attended.
